With building in his family from the time he was born, Brett has always held a true passion for residential construction. Some of his earliest memories are riding to job sites and picking up nails and scrap lumber as a child. A lifelong resident of the Golden Isles, Brett received a degree in finance from the University of Georgia. Coupled with a real estate background, Brett started his own construction business shortly after returning to the Golden Isles. It started with one single project and has grown to multiple projects per year ranging from $200,000 to several million dollars. Flanagan Development has the capability to produce timely results and feels the true difference is a realistic timeline, every time.
